This privacy statement is applicable for Hyproma B.V. and Splineshop.com. Hyproma B.V. and Splineshop.com, in this statement mentioned as we, processes employees’, (potential) customers’ and suppliers’ personal data. We process personal data to support our employees, customers and suppliers as good as possible as we want to reach our stated goals. In this privacy statement we explain the reasons why and the way we process personal data. We do not have a Data Protection Officer (DPO), however we are willing to help you with any questions. About us
We are Hyproma B.V. We are a company that focusses on engineering, manufacturing and commissioning of hydraulic power packs and systems. Besides, we focus on the sales and distribution of hydraulic and mechanic components, which Splineshop.com is part of. Even though if we process personal data with third parties, this privacy statement is applicable on all our data processing. We are located at lekdijk 70 B, 2957 CC in Nieuw-Lekkerland, the Netherlands. We are registered with number 24426938 at the Chamber of Commerce of Rotterdam.
Processing personal data
We process the following personal data:
(Company-)names, addresses, zip codes, phone numbers, email addresses, VAT numbers, C.C. numbers, bank account numbers, areas of interest such as; projects or components, functions/titles, contact history and IP addresses.

We process personal data because of the following reasons:
- Legal obligations
A part of our data processing is legal obligated. This is often necessary personal data to comply to the tax obligation. Though calamities at our location could be another reason we process personal data. - Deliveries and services
We register relevant data from our customers and suppliers and their contact persons in our relationship documents. We register several personal data from our customers’ and suppliers’ contact persons to carry out our deliveries and services as good as possible. To reach you if we need to is another reason we register personal data. - Communication and contact
It is important for us to communicate internal, but also external about current orders. This contact takes place by email and by phone.

We process personal data in order of legal obligations, as described before. Most of all personal data we use for performing our core business. This includes engineering, manufacturing and commissioning of hydraulic power packs and systems. Besides we use it for the sales and distribution of hydraulic and mechanic components.

We work together with services (providers), the GDPR calls processors, to perform our core business. For example we mention an IT- and VoIP and a Cloud environment. These parties process personal data in conformation with and on behalf of us.
Third parties
Sometimes we are legally obligated to deliver personal data to third parties. Thereof the Internal Revenue Service is an example. The Hosting and Cloud suppliers are examples of other issues where parties receive personal data from us. We signed processor agreements with these parties to guarantee secured and agreed processing of personal data. We will only provide your data to third parties after your personal permission.
